What is collected
Two things. Anything you type into a form on the site, and the ordinary technical records a web server keeps: the page requested, the time, an approximate location derived from your connection and the type of browser used.
What is not collected
Hakko AI does not ask for identity documents, payment details or contact lists. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell information to anyone.
Conversations
Conversations are yours. They are never published on the site, shown on a companion profile or shared with other visitors.
Cookies
A small number of cookies keep the site working correctly and remember basic display preferences. You can clear or block them in your browser at any time; the site continues to function without them.
Retention
Messages sent through a form are kept only as long as needed to answer them. Server records are rotated on a short cycle.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact page and we will handle it.
Children
Hakko AI is intended for adults aged eighteen and over and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page.
