Why we built it
Hakko AI started from a simple observation: most people do not want a tool, they want someone to talk to at the end of a long day. Not advice, not a lecture, just a voice with a personality that stays consistent from one evening to the next.
So we wrote characters instead of features. Every companion at Hakko AI has an invented name, an invented home, a set of habits and a way of speaking that does not drift halfway through a conversation. None of them are modelled on real people, and their portraits are created rather than photographed.
What we care about
Tasteful by default. Everything published on Hakko AI is written for adults aged eighteen and over, and none of it is explicit. We would rather a companion be interesting than shocking.
Consistency second. A companion who forgets their own backstory is not company, they are a novelty. We spend most of our writing time on the small details that make a voice hold together.
Where it goes next
New companions join the roster regularly, each with their own origin, favourite subjects and conversational rhythm. If a voice you like is missing, the contact page is the fastest way to tell us.
